Few people can make it through drug recovery in a short period of
time. In fact, most people who are recovering drug addicts must work on
it for the rest of their lives. This is because of the mental aspect of
the drug addiction. When you use a drug recovery program, you will
learn all of the information you need so you can battle the problem
without relapse for the future.<br />
When
you choose to enter a drug treatment program, you are making the
decision for more than just yourself. What many drug addicts don't
realize is they are having a negative impact on everyone around them.
Their erratic behavior can cause rifts in their relationships, from
relationships with friends to the relationships with their closest
family members. Entire families have been torn apart due to one family
member's drug addiction.<br />
As you consider all your options for a
drug recovery program, you will need to consider all the services they
offer. The type of program they use to get you through the process from
detoxification to counseling to discharge is important. Finding a
facility that offers a 12-step holistic recovery plan can be one of the
most effective. However, you will want to also choose a facility that
offers individual and group therapy, education, a nutrition plan and
relapse prevention. This will ensure you have support through any
possible situation.<br />
Another important thing to consider with the
facility you choose is their other services. You may be admitting
yourself for a drug problem, but drug problems can also bring other
problems with them. For instance, you may also have problems with
alcohol or you may suffer from depression or an eating disorder.
Choosing a facility that offers help with these other issues as well can
ensure you leave with all of your issues under control. If the facility
only treats your drug addiction, you have a greater chance of turning
to drugs in the future.<br />
A good drug recovery program will provide
you with all the tools you need to stay clean for the rest of your life.
Once you realize your drug problem is causing issues in all aspects of
your life, you will need to find a treatment plan that has the greatest
chance of getting you clean. This often means a 12-step holistic
recovery program. This program will provide you with all the services to
overcome your drug addiction, as well as resolve any other issues you
may have.<br />

There are several issues that might cause bad breath. Some of the
bad breath causes may be as common as coming from the foods you eat
over the course of a day, while others may well have to do with actual
physical conditions and possible health problems that you might have. So
here are some bad breath causes that may help you find out exactly what
is the source of your specific problem so you're able to recognize the
best thing to do to treat it.<br />
<b>Foods:</b><br />
One
of the most frequent factors behind offensive breath is the foods we
eat. Some foods tend to remain in our bodies for days (onions as well as
garlic are the two worst perpetrators), which is going to emit the
lingering bad breath odor. After the foods finally digest in the system,
this is when the awful odor will accompany our body. Some methods to do
to remedy this can consist of:<br />
<ul>
<li>Use herbal treatments (mint, herbs, herbal tea, etc).</li>
<li>Natural mouthwashes or rinses.</li>
<li>Chew gum or keep mints handy.</li>
<li>Brush and floss your teeth as soon as you can.</li>
</ul>
If food is the cause of your halitosis, these solutions should help.<br />
<b>Dry Mouth:</b><br />
A
dry mouth is another one of most common bad breath causes. Not
producing a significant amount of saliva in the mouth will cause it to
become dry and this will bring about horrible breath. Morning breath is a
perfect example of when the mouth becomes dry. Some individuals might
have specific conditions that prevent them from making enough saliva to
cleanse their mouth For those individuals that link their bad breath to
an inability to generate enough saliva, looking for professional help is
the best choice, for everybody else, dissolving a mint, chewing gum, or
drinking water will overcome that dry mouth and thereby eliminate that
mouth odor.<br />
<b>Dental Problems:</b><br />
Poor hygiene is
definitely one of the most common factors behind bad breath. Not seeing a
dental professional on a regular basis to get your teeth clean,
terrible cavities, or coping with a dental or medical trouble can also
be a reason for your awful mouth odor. When plaque builds up, one of the
most prevalent unwanted effects is breath problems. To prevent this
from happening, carry out the following things:<br />
<ul>
<li>See your dentist every six months.</li>
<li>Treat any medical or dental condition immediately.</li>
<li>Gargle with antibacterial products.</li>
<li>Have a healthy dental relationship, brush and floss frequently, and just make sure your mouth is always as clean as possible. </li>
</ul>
<b>Disease</b><br />
Although most bad breath is due to
things we can prevent or get ready for, there are other instances where
breath problem can be a side effect of some other issue like illness or
affliction for instance. Some of these illnesses include:<br />
<ul>
<li>Cancer (especially of the throat).</li>
<li>People with metabolic conditions.</li>
<li>Acid reflux.</li>
</ul>
those who are coping with kidney failure or diabetes can have bad breath conditions too.<br />
When
it comes to dealing with mouth odor as a result of a health problem or
sickness, the only solution is to take care of the sickness first and
then the breath.<br />
<b>Tobacco Products</b><br />
Although many
people deny it, one of the most common bad breath causes is the use of
tobacco based goods, along with other recreational drugs. It doesn't
matter if it's chewing tobacco or cigarette smoking, these items will
not only impact your teeth, but are also the cause of terrible mouth
odor, health problems and ailments. In order to treat the terrible
breath, quitting is the only long-lasting option; but, you can also chew
gums, carry mints, or limit the intake of these items to only a few
times a day.<br />
Regardless of which of these causes of bad breath you
are dealing with, there are specific answers that you can contemplate.
In some cases all that might need to be done is a modification in diet
while in other conditions a stronger approach may be necessary.<br />

Are your love handles getting in the way of your button and zip?
Tired of wearing baggy tops? Fear not, they're not permanent, unless you
keep eating cake. Love handles can appear from puberty. Love handles
have no preference and they form in men and women. Men can't carry them
off as well as women though.<br />
Love
handles are where your body likes to store fat. You can not pin point
where you want to lose fat so you're going to have to tackle this
problem at all angles. The first step you can take is fix your diet,
those love handles didn't appear from nowhere. Changing your diet will
not only help you lose weight but it can also prevent any water
retention and bloating. If you do suffer from bloating then you've
promoted your love handles to a muffin top. Cut the junk from your diet
for the next 30 days. See how better you feel and see how better you
look. Your jeans will thank you.<br />
So what simple change can you
make to lose your love handles. Drink plenty of water. Water can
increase your metabolism by 30%, it is also one of the best fat burners.
Aim to consumer 2 litres per day, increase this as you get accustomed
to it. Avoid high sodium and spicy foods. High salt levels in your diet
will cause water retention, which causes bloating and puffiness in your
skin, making you look bigger than you actually are. Many people react to
spicy foods too, check to see if you're one of them but avoiding
spices.<br />
You are what you eat, so cut all junk and processed food.
Eat six small meals a day making sure you eat breakfast to fire up your
metabolism first thing in the morning. Snack on fruit and veg between
your main meals. Don't have a large meal after 6pm. Our body naturally
slows down in the evening so if you like a midnight snack make sure it's
a healthy one.<br />
Cut out the alcohol. Alcohol has hidden calories
as it is high in sugar and carbohydrates. Alcohol also causes
dehydration making you crave another drink, usually another beer or
wine. Alcohol also makes kebabs look rather attractive.<br />
Do some
cardio that you enjoy. If when I said cardio a treadmill popped in to
your head, get rid of it. You can do your cardio by going to football or
Zumba classes. If you don't have any something in mind for your cardio
then get yourself a good workout program.<br />

If you're company is part of the pharmaceutical industry,
particularly on the manufacturing side of things, you are going to need
to find the correct equipment and some reliable providers from which to
purchase your equipment. Pharmaceutical manufacturing is one of the most
highly regulated industries in the world and any equipment purchased
must not only be safe for employees to operate safely, but be able to
guarantee consumer safety also. It is essential that care is taken to
purchase equipment that is able to provide products that are safe of the
public.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Many
large companies in the industry rely on contract pharma companies to
manufacture goods and outsource all drug and medicine production to
them; however there are still a great deal of companies that work
in-house to develop and manufacture new drugs and medicines. There are
vendors nationwide in the US as well as many internationally that that
supplies equipment, so finding what you need should never be a problem.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Your
first job will be to make a list of the things that you need and then
find a supplier that stocks the equipment. It is easier, and cheaper, if
you are able to purchase all of your equipment from one vendor, as
discounts are given for buying in bulk, however, the chances are that
you will need to go through several vendors to get everything that is
needed. Wholesalers and distributors are excellent for low-priced bulk
buying. You can easily find equipment suppliers online, as well as in
directories and industry journals.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
New or Used?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As
pharmaceutical manufacturing is all about developing and producing drugs
and medicines that are used for public consumption, there are certain
things that will have to be purchased new. All capsules, seals, vials,
and packaging will need to be bought from suppliers new, but can be
bought in large quantities at reduced prices. The equipment used to in
the manufacturing process, however, may be able to be purchased used, or
reconditioned.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Tablet presses, hot melt extrusion machines,
packaging machines and mixing machines are all widely available
second-hand and will save you a lot of money when compared to buying
new. There is a difference between new machinery and reconditioned
machinery.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Used equipment is often purchased "as is", meaning
there is likely to be a few scratches and signs of wear and tear. You
can often pick up used equipment from pharmaceutical manufacturers that
are upgrading equipment. Reconditioned equipment presents a much better
deal. This equipment is used but is generally returned to the original
supplier who will then restore the machinery to ensure it is as good as
new. They will then retail it at a lower price and with a manufacturer
guarantee.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The downside to used and reconditioned equipment is the
fact that it is rarely available, and often does not come with the
service support and extended warranty of new equipment.</div>
<div style="overflow: hidden; text-align: justify;">

Many people feel they are at the point where going to a Western
trained (allopathic) doctor has lead to frustration or no results in
improving their level of health and vitality. Working with a holistic
medical doctor can be a very rewarding experience and likely to be a
more integrated and comprehensive approach then just a General
Practitioner. Many holistic doctors are classically trained with an MD
from an accedited medical institution but have additional training in
pain management, herbal supplements, acupuncture, kinesiology and
genetic testing. Most holistic doctor have a few specialties and use an
integrated approach.<br />
When
you are facing an acute immediately life threatening trauma such as a
bullet or heart attack then just going to an emergency room with ER
doctors is going to be the wisest and most prudent decision but for
on-going chronic health conditions such as auto-immune disorders,
digestive issues, allergies, skin conditions, chronic pain and obesity
then depending on your outlook and level of insurance, considering a
Natural Medicine Doctor which are referred to as many different titles
such Naturopath, Integrated Medicine or Holistic Health Practitioner.<br />
There
are many factors to consider when searching for a suitable
practitioner. The first is one to consider is has the practitioner
worked with conditions like yours before. Questions to ask a potential
Holistic Medical Doctor are: What kinds of conditions do you treat? What
conditions do you treat the most? What kinds of strategies do you use?
Do you take insurance? Are you in-network or out--of-network? What if my
health conditions don't progress? How confident are you that you can
help me with my health goals? How much do most of your clients need to
spend on supplements or additional lab testing?<br />
Most holistic
doctors will examine your eating habits, levels of exercise, levels of
stress and what kind of work they do. If the doctor does not ask examine
these issues in your life then they probably are not truly an
Integrated Doctor. If the doctor does not spend more time with you then a
typical doctor visit then it also is probably not a great fit if you
are truly looking for a holistic approach. A Holistic Medicine Doctor
will likely spend more time with you on an initial visit. The typical
amount of time for a first visit is one hour but many will spend two
hours with you.<br />
Be wary of the doctor that treat every condition
and all kinds of people. If you are suffering from low back pain then
seek out a doctor that specializes in chronic pain. If you are suffering
from a a thryoid condition then seek out a doctor that specializes in
auto-immune disorders. You want don't want a generalist you want a
specialist.<br />
You often will pay more or out--of-pocket for this
kind of care. Depending on the kind of health insurance and deductibles
you have your-co-pays might be similar if you had just gone to an Family
Medicine Doctor.<br />
Whatever route you take, you should plan on
being very pro-active and self-educated while taking on your health
challenges. With Webmd, YouTube and so many other online portals you can
learn so much about different strategies for your own health and
wellness. Be prepared to ask intelligent questions and be familiar with
some of the strategies they might recommend such as changing certain
foods you eat and changing your lifestyle.<br />

Sneezing itching, redness, and puffiness are all common allergy
symptoms in individuals. These symptoms as well as others are all signs
of allergies. People can be allergic to anything from foods, to plants,
to insects to chemicals among other things. Sometimes reactions can be
so bad that it is hard to enjoy your daily life. Not everyone has their
reactions under control. But today you will learn how an allergy
specialist can diagnose and discover the right treatments for each
individual. Nobody should have to suffer in misery when there are
solutions available. No matter how severe a reaction is, it can be
avoided by having the proper treatment.<br />
An
allergic reaction is basically an unusual response from the immune
system to a regular substance. When an individual comes into contact
with certain elements, their body responds by discharging chemicals that
cause an allergic reaction. Some allergies are more serious than
others. It just depends on the person and their particular allergens.
People develop certain antibodies, or proteins, against some elements.
When allergens are exposed to these proteins, this is when symptoms are
triggered. This could be anything from itchy watery eyes, scratchy
throat or whatever the symptom.<br />
You may not have known that such a
thing as an allergy specialist even existed. There is a great need for
those who treat patients with allergic issues. Reactions range from many
things such as sneezing to swelling. Most people learn exactly what
they are allergic to. As a result they may spend tons of money on over
the counter medicines to try and help the problems they have. And
sometimes these medicines are found ineffective. But believe it or not
there is a treatment out there that can help each person's individual
issues. This can only be discovered by the help of a professional.<br />
Sometimes
patients make appointments with their primary care physicians to try
and get solutions for these allergic reactions. But oftentimes these
doctors cannot solve the problems. They are unsure of the causes. This
is when the patient should consult an allergy specialist. All it takes
is a simple appointment. Some examples of allergies are really quite
obvious. For instance there are millions of people who get sneezing and
runny noses when pollen becomes thick. Others are allergic to certain
foods. There are people who break out or may experience swelling of the
tongue or throat after having seafood. Others experience swelling and
discomfort after insect stings or bites. These are all scenarios you may
have heard of or either experienced yourself! They are actually quite
common. But the right professional can help you to discover how to not
have these issues at all. There are medications that are guaranteed to
combat reactions by protecting the body.<br />
You may live in an area
where there are allergens, or triggers, all around you. This doesn't
have to stop you from living your life. You may have reactions to your
own pets! Count on an allergy specialist to figure out how you can get
some relief in your own home, or wherever it may be that's causing the
issue. Help is available!<br />

Studies have shown that there has been an increase in the number of
men and women who are becoming overweight and obese. In addition to
this, there are also a lot of researches that point out the age of
people who are suffering from chronic diseases are becoming younger as
the years pass by. The primary reason as to why such trend is happening
in almost every part of the world is due to the fact that people of this
present generation have been living an unhealthy lifestyle. As a
response, professional health care workers have appealed to the public
to start living healthy. And because of this, there has been a
noticeable appearance of various fitness centers in strategic locations.
In order to keep up with the competition in this line of business, gym
owners should see to it that they have an effective health club
advertising.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Promoting
one's company is not as simple as it seems. In all actually, this is
going to require a lot of time and effort in the part of the gym owners
and managers. It is a good thing that business minded men and women can
now take advantage of the internet when it comes to endorsing their
products and services to the market. The reason as to why health club
advertising is so effective in the World Wide Web is due to the fact
that almost everyone in the planet is connected to it most of the time.
As a result, entrepreneurs are going to be able to reach out to the
group of people they are targeting a whole lot easier.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
And because
of the current social networking craze, online marketing has even
stepped a notch higher. According to some surveys conducted, a majority
of the human population who are knowledgeable and capable in operating a
computer has a personal account in at least one of the many social
networking sites that are currently popular all over the world. People
who are into entrepreneurship can advertise their businesses by simply
creating a fan page or account for their company in these networking
sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Not only will they be able to
promote their company, but they can also keep their clients up-to-date
with the organizations' latest activities.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
There are actually a
lot of gym promotion techniques out there that can help improve the
sales and market of fitness centers. However, in this age of digital
enhancement and innovations, it is definitely going to be best to
patronize businesses in the World Wide Web</div>

Among the many digestive problems, constipation is a common
complaint among many people. It actually varies according to the
individual's body how often or how frequent his/her bowel movement is;

Insoluble fiber is an almost indigestible substance, which will pass
through your digestive system nearly without any change or being broken
down into various components. It is a special type of carbohydrate that
supplies the body with energy. If your diet lacks in fiber, you are
prone to constipation. Open your refrigerator and you can find many
staple items that can supply your body with insoluble fiber are fruits,
vegetables and whole grains.<br />
For grain food products, you would
need about six ounces of them each day. Breads, cereals and other
starchy vegetables like potatoes, corn and green peas are included in
grain food category. For vegetables and fruits, you need a minimum of
five servings a day. Eat your apples about one hour after a meal so
constipation may be prevented. You can also drink some apple juice or
apple cider.<br />
Bananas can also give relief from constipation. Two
bananas must be taken in between your meals. Avoid green variety of
bananas because they have opposite effect on your digestive system.<br />
Soluble
fiber, meanwhile, may be dissolved in water and becomes gel-like inside
the intestines, Figs and prunes are examples of foods with soluble
fiber. You may eat them for breakfast or for snack. Flaxseeds are also
good sources of fiber. Ground flaxseeds that taste somehow like nuts can
be sprinkled over your meal.<br />
Water And Fluids<br />
Taking enough
fluids like water is crucial in fighting off constipation. Fluids can
help passing of bowel easier and softer. Always drink up your clear and
refreshing water; or if it is too dull for you, fill up your glass with
fresh fruit juice. However, there are fluids you may be thinking are
good for you, but can actually cause you to be dehydrated, like
caffeinated and alcoholic drinks.<br />
Herbal Laxatives<br />
There are
many kinds of herbs that can be prepared as tea and can act as natural
laxatives. Senna, for example, is even approved as an OTC drug to treat
constipation. Nonetheless, this herbal laxative is only meant to be used
on a short-term treatment. Do not use herbal laxatives for more than
one week without supervision of your doctor. Using it over a long period
of time will make you dependent on it just to achieve regular passing
of stool. The bowels would lose its ability to move independently and
may cause potassium depletion and chronic diarrhea. Your muscles may
become weak and your internal organs may be impaired.<br />

<em>I Am Your Plant and I Love You</em></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<em>When
you breathe, I will convert carbon dioxide to oxygen so you can keep
breathing. I will not stop there. I will filter pollutants out of your
air so you can breathe better.</em></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<em>When you are sick, I will
give you my leaves and flowers for your medicine. You may lay me upon
your eyes, rub me on your wounds, or swallow me into your body. I can
heal you.</em></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<em>When you are hungry, I will be your food. You may eat me and drink my juices. You will not go hungry.</em></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<em>When
you are stressed, I will please your eyes with my beauty and color. My

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<em>I love you,</em></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<em>Plants" </em></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Dr.
Bill Wolverton, formerly a senior research scientist at NASA's John C.
Stennis Space Center, Bay St. Louis, Miss., has researched into the use
of biological processes as a means of solving environmental problems.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The research on indoor plants found that plants are very effective in absorbing air borne contaminants.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
According to Wolverton, common indoor landscaping plants can remove some pollutants from the rooms.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The
experiments were done by placing different plant type in sealed,
Plexiglas chambers. Pollutant related chemicals were then put into the
chambers.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
"Philodendron, spider plant and the golden pothos were
labeled the most effective in removing formaldehyde molecules. Flowering
plants such as gerbera daisy and chrysanthemums were rated superior in
removing benzene from the chamber atmosphere. Other good performers are
Dracaena Massangeana, Spathiphyllum, and Golden Pothos. "Plants take
substances out of the air through the tiny openings in their leaves,"
Wolverton said. "But research in our laboratories has determined that
plant leaves, roots and soil bacteria are all important in removing
trace levels of toxic vapors". (1)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<strong>Some Causes of Indoor Pollutants</strong></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Newer
buildings are built with a large amount of man-made building materials.
They are usually furnished with synthetic carpeting, fabrics, laminated
counters, and plastic coated wallpaper.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The newer buildings are
insulated better and sealed more tightly than older buildings. The money
saved by conserving heat and air-conditioning comes with a different
price tag; pollutants can only circulate in indoors. Constantly
circulating and building up pollutants indoors can be extremely
difficult for people with respiratory illnesses or asthma problems.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The
"sick building syndrome," (a phrase often used to describe the
retardation of the new structures, can be dramatically improved
naturally. Add some plants.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
NASA scientists studied nineteen
different plant species for two years. Most of the plants tested are
houseplants that are normally kept indoors year-round. Of the specimens
studied, only two were primarily flowering plants; chrysanthemums and
gerbera daisies. They are normally used to add a brightness and color to
a room during holidays and significant events; but they are not kept
indoors throughout the year.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Aloe Vera (now renamed Aloe
barbadensis and commonly referred to as Medicine Plant) extracted juices
can help soothe and heal burns, bites, and also skin irritations. The
extracts from this plant are also used in some body lotions.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The
leaf part of a plant is where photosynthesis takes place to process
gasses from the air. Often overlooked in the process is the importance
of the soil. The soil and roots have a big part in removing air-borne
pollutants. Micro-organisms in the soil become more adept at using trace
amounts of polluting materials as a food source over a period of time.

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Debrah Dupre adds great information about the care of some
popular plants in the article "Plants to Help Indoor Air Pollution" at
eHow.com.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is a short list of just four beautiful plants.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<strong>Spider Plant: Chlorophytum comosum</strong></div>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Also called the airplane plant. Easy to grow. It reproduces readily but dramatic changes in sun exposure can harm the plants.</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<strong>Snake Plant: Sansevieria trifasciata</strong></div>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Also
known as "Mother-in-Law's Tongue," can survive successfully for months
without minimum sun light. This plant also reproduces readily.</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<strong>Lacy Tree: Philodendron selloum</strong></div>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>The
houseplant is popular from the plushest office to the average home and
is easy to re root. Cut about five inches from the top, place the
cutting in water in a window and replant it into a small pot after the
roots grow.</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<strong>Elephant Ear Philodendron: Philodendron domesticum</strong></div>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>This is a large plant and gives a room an exotic look and is easy to maintain.</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The
NASA study suggests that 15 to 18 good-sized houseplants in 6 to 8-inch
diameter containers should be used to enhance air quality in a normal
1,800 square foot house.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
These plants effectively remove Formaldehyde, Benzene, and Carbon Monoxide from the air are:</div>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Bamboo Palm or Reed Palm - Chamaedorea Seifritzii</li>
<li>Chinese Evergreen - Aglaonema Modestum</li>
<li>English Ivy - Hedera Helix</li>
<li>Gerbera Daisy - Gerbera Jamesonii</li>
<li>Janet Craig - Dracaena deremensis</li>
<li>Marginata - Dracaena Marginata</li>
<li>Mass Cane/Corn Plant - Dracaena Massangeana</li>
<li>Mother-in-Law's Tongue - Sansevieria Laurentii</li>
<li>Pot Mum - Chrysantheium morifolium</li>
<li>Peace Lily - Spathiphyllum `Mauna Loa'</li>
<li>Warneckii - Dracaena "Warneckii" "</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
These plants are also very good for improving air quality:</div>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Spider Plant - Chlorophytum comosum</li>
<li>Golden Pothos - Epipiremnum aureum</li>
<li>Snake Plant - Sansevieria trifasciata</li>
<li>Heartleaf - Philodendron scandens `oxycardium'</li>
<li>Elephant Ear - Philodendron domesticum</li>
<li>Red-Edge - Dracaena marginata</li>
<li>Weeping Fig - Ficus benjamina</li>
</ul>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In conclusion,
plants clean the air so we can breath; provide medicine to keep us from
being ill; provide food to keep us from starving; and also provide
beautiful colors to help with our mental calmness when you create your
personal greenhouse "My plant loves me and I love my plant."</div>

Arthroscopy surgery is a commonly performed surgery that helps to
treat knee problems. The main difference from normal open surgery is
that small incisions are made to allow a small camera and surgical
devices to be placed at the knee joint. Since only small incisions are
made, the recovery time will be shorter and there will be less potential
complications as compared to open surgery. However as with all surgery,
there are some effects after the surgery that are due to the surgery
itself.<br />
<b>Decreased range of motion</b><br />
After
surgery, some patients may experience a decreased range of motion for
their knee. This decrease in range of motion can be attributed to both
the injury itself as well as the trauma during the surgery. Over time
and physical therapy, the full range of motion can be obtained. However
in severe and rare cases, patients may experienced stiffness in their
knee for the rest of their lives.<br />
<b>Blood clots</b><br />
There
is always a possibility that blood clots will form at the surgical site
after surgery. This is due to the nature of the anaesthesia, causing the
surgical area to be numb and devoid of blood. This can result in blood
pooling in the bottom half of the body and result in blood clots after
the surgery.<br />
<b>Infection</b><br />
Although all the surgical
instruments are sterile, there is still a low risk of infection in
patients due to different reasons such as poor surgical techniques and
inadequate sterilisation of medical personnel. Some pre-existing
conditions of the patients can also increase the risk of infection such
as diabetes. Infection can cause serious problems in patients and
patients will need to consume antibiotics orally to be cured.<br />
<b>Further injuries due to surgery</b><br />
The
entire surgery will be carried out in a careful and meticulous way.
However, since arthroscopy surgery involves the use of surgical
instruments passing through small incisions in the knee, some further
damages or injuries to the knee could happen when trying to pass the
instruments through. In unfortunate scenarios, the surrounding tissues
and nerves could also be accidentally injured. However, this is a very
rare thing to happen.<br />
<b>Hemarthrosis</b><br />
Hemarthrosis is a
rare effect of arthroscopy surgery. It is a collection of blood at the
surgical site which can cause pain if there is a significant amount of
blood. It will also lead to inflammation and infection.<br />
Above are
some of the effects of arthroscopy surgery. Overall, it is a rather safe
surgical method but it depends on the quality of the surgeon you choose
as most of it is due to poor surgical techniques.<br />

There are many people who have never heard of the term
abdominoplasty. This procedure is actually a form of plastic surgery in
which excess fat and skin is removed from the stomach area. This
particular procedure is extremely beneficial in several different ways.<br />
One
of the things it can do is help people lose stubborn fat from their
stomach, without having to go on an exercise spree. There are some
people who will work out every day and still not see the results they
want to see in that particular area. Many of them find that if they
would eat a better diet that they easily get to their weight loss goal,
but while this may be true for some people, it isn't always an easy task
for others. The fact of the matter is there are some people who are
disciplined enough to exercise, but not disciplined enough to eat right,
and vice versa. So, the best thing to do in their case would be to go
through an abdominoplasty procedure. Losing excess fat in the stomach
area comes with many great benefits.<br />
First of all, it can help
people go down two or three sizes instantly after the surgery. For those
who hold on to old clothing that they haven't been able to get into for
years, finally getting to see themselves in their old clothing once
again can be extremely satisfying.<br />
Some may think this can
actually cause problems, especially for those who don't have any
clothing from when they were smaller. Their smaller stomach would mean
they would have to buy new clothes. Although this may be true, most
people would rather lose the fat than worry about whether or not they
have to go shopping.<br />
Abdominoplasty can also prove beneficial for
those who like to swim, whether that's on the beach or in hotel swimming
pools. Many women shy away from wearing two-piece bikinis and many men
are self-conscious about taking their shirts off, because they don't
like the way their stomach area looks. This particular procedure can
help to alleviate those types of fears and issues.<br />
Lastly, this
procedure is beneficial to those who enjoy wearing clothing that is a
little skintight. There are some women who wear form-fitting clothing no
matter what their size or shape is. The truth of the matter is that
type of clothing doesn't look good on everyone, but the good news is
that there is a procedure that can help people get rid of this issue and
wear the clothing they want to be able to wear.<br />
